Shipping

Germany:
You will usually receive standard orders within 3 to 4 working days including processing time.
As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by e-mail.

EU countries:
You will usually receive standard orders within 3 to 7 working days.

Outside the EU:
You will usually receive standard orders within 4 to 14 working days.

All deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties (fees, import duties, VAT) depending on the destination country. They are calculated and charged according to the country of manufacture/origin and classification of the goods as soon as your parcel reaches your country. Tiger Treasure does not withhold duties and taxes during the order process and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: If such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be released. In this case, the customer shall bear the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country’s guidelines.

You can cancel orders within 14 days of receipt and return them free of charge.
You must bear the costs for the return shipment.

Tiger Treasure does not bear any costs for returns.
If there is something wrong with your product, we will bear the costs for the return shipment.
