Question My size is sold out. Will it be available again soon?

If an item is sold out, a subsequent delivery is unfortunately not always possible. However, you still have the option of leaving your e-mail address via the “Size not available?” button. When the item is available again in your size, you will receive an automatic notification by e-mail.

Question How do I place an order?
Answer

When you have found an item you like, please select the size you require and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. All items selected by you are saved in the shopping cart until the order is completed. If you want to complete your order, go to your shopping cart and click on “Checkout”. Now follow the system’s instructions, which will guide you step by step through the order and payment process. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail, in which your selected products are listed again.

Please note that this order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

Question How do I know if my order has been successfully completed?

After successfully completing the order process, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This contains the products you have selected.

Question Can I add more items to my existing order?
AnswerUnfortunately, it is not possible to add further items after completing an order. If you would like to order more items, please place a new order.
Question Can I cancel my order?
AnswerYes, if you wish to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail to: [email protected]. If you have already paid for your order, it can only be canceled if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Otherwise you have the option of refusing to accept your order.
Question Why was my order not accepted or canceled?

If the items you have ordered are not available or your credit and identity check shows a negative result, this may result in your order being canceled or not accepted. For further information, please send us an e-mail to [email protected].

Question Which payment methods are accepted?
Answer

We accept the following credit cards for payments in the Tiger-Treasure Online Shop: Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron.

You can also use PayPal, Sofort Überweisung, Bancontact and Apple Pay to pay for your order. Please note that some of the payment methods listed can only be used by selected countries.

Question I paid by credit card, but I'm still waiting for my order. What happened?

Please note that your order can only be shipped if the credit card information you have entered is accepted. To do this, all the card’s security information must be entered. Once the information has been successfully checked, the order is automatically dispatched from our warehouse.

Question Can I track the delivery of my order?
Answer

When your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking reference and a link to our shipping service provider’s website where you can track your order.

Question To which countries is delivery possible?

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary from country to country

Question My delivery address is different from my billing address. Is that a problem?
Answer

Of course not. You can easily specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address, simply follow the instructions during the ordering process.

Question What happens if I have entered an incorrect delivery address?
Answer

If your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse, we can change your delivery address for you. Please contact us and let us know your correct delivery address.

Question Can I have my delivery sent to a Packstation in Germany?
Answer

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to deliver orders to P.O. Box addresses or to a Packstation.

Question What should I do if I have not received my parcel?
Answer

If you have not received your order within the specified period or despite a confirmation from the post office, please contact us and give us the relevant order number. We will then initiate a search for your order.

Question Can I track the delivery of my order?
Answer

As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with the shipment number and a link to the website of the respective transport company, which you can use to track your order.
